Minimum Stay and Rental Rates The minimum stay at Villa Windu Sari is 3 nights, except in "Peak Season" when the minimum stay is 7 nights. Rental rates are subject to change without notice, however once reservations are confirmed the quoted rates are protected.
Tentative Confirmation On receipt of a reservation enquiry form, we will contact you to confirm availability of the villa, rental rate (including any applicable charges) and deposit required (50% of the total rental).
Reservation Confirmation Villa Windu Sari is often booked months in advance. To confirm a reservation you must transfer the US$ deposit to our bank account within 72 hours. When this deposit is credited to our account, your reservation will be confirmed. The balance of rental charges must be paid 21 days before the scheduled arrival date. To enable us to monitor receipt of your funds, please advise by email the transfer details. Reservations are treated on "first come, first served" basis.
Cancellation Policy All deposits and rental charges are non refundable, unless specifically approved by the owner in exceptional circumstances only.
Functions and Events The managing agent (Prestige Bail Villas) must approve in advance any function or event where participants are more than double the number of guests registered to stay at the villa. Such approval is the sole discretion of Prestige Bali Villas. These functions may involve additional costs depending on their nature and scale. As a general guide Villa Windu Sari is not suited to handling events involving more than 40 persons. For functions involving groups of more than 20 but less than 40 people, a "special event venue charge" of US$750 will be applicable to cover costs relating to local community support levies, etc.. For groups involving 40 people or more a charge of US$1,250 will apply. Any required decoration or equipment hire costs, etc. are additional. Prestige Bali Villas reserves the right to insist on the appointment of a professional "Event Organizer" before permission to hold a function is granted.
Insurance We strongly recommend you arrange comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking to insure each traveller against illness (including evacuation costs), injury, death, loss of baggage and personal items, cancellation and other contingencies.
Responsibility We are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal equipment and property, or for any personal injuries during your stay at Villa Windu Sari or in the course of your participation in activities in Bali. We will not accept responsibility for any delay, additional expense or inconvenience which may be caused directly or indirectly by events outside our control such as late arrival of International flights, civil disturbances, fire, floods, unusually severe weather, acts of God, acts of Government, or the failure of any machinery or equipment. Guests are responsible and will be charged for any damage they cause to the facilities or equipment at Villa Windu Sari, as a result of neglect or carelessness. They may also be responsible for the cost of any inventory/equipment that goes missing during their time at the villa.
US$ Bank Account Details Bank Account details for the transfer of rental funds will be sent at the time we confirm the requested booking availability.
